1. Acceptance of Terms

By using FacilInvoice, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These Terms apply to all users and visitors.

2. Service Description

FacilInvoice provides online invoicing, estimates, recurring billing workflows, and related business management tools. We may update features from time to time.

FacilInvoice may also provide publisher-facing product features, article or content landing pages, subscription or entitlement flows, payment links, and related public pages used by publishers, media organizations, authors, or content owners.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it current.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, transmit malicious code, or use the platform for unlawful activities.

If you use FacilInvoice as a publisher or content operator, you are responsible for the accuracy, legality, ownership, and permissions related to the content, offers, subscription pages, and public payment or access links you publish through the platform.

5. Billing and Subscription Payments

Paid FacilInvoice plans are billed through third-party payment processors such as Stripe. When you start a paid plan, you authorize recurring subscription charges using the payment method you provide.

Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle unless you cancel or change your plan before the next renewal date. Applicable taxes, processor charges, or currency conversion costs may apply depending on your location, payment method, or billing setup.

Upgrades take effect immediately. If proration is supported by the active billing processor, you are charged the prorated difference for the remainder of the current billing cycle and then the full new plan price on the next renewal.

Downgrades or cancellations generally take effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless applicable law requires otherwise. Your existing paid features remain available until that billing period ends.

If a payment fails, we may retry the charge, request an updated payment method, limit account access, or suspend paid features until billing is resolved.

Except where required by law, subscription charges are non-refundable once billed, including partial billing periods, unused time, and prior subscription charges.

Where publisher-related offers, memberships, paid access, or content subscription flows are made available through the platform, the publisher remains responsible for its own commercial terms, pricing, access rules, fulfillment obligations, customer communications, taxes, and legally required disclosures to end users.

6. Publisher Content and Responsibilities

Publishers and content operators using FacilInvoice represent that they have the right to publish, promote, sell, license, or distribute the content, offers, pages, and related metadata they submit to the platform.

We may suspend or remove publisher-facing pages or related features if we believe they create legal, security, abuse, payment, or policy risk for the service or for end users.

7. Data and Privacy

You retain ownership of your business data. Our use of personal information is described in ourPrivacy Policy.

8. Service Availability

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance windows and third-party outages may affect access.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FacilInvoice is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of the service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
